Take the time...

Seems my blogging has been all over the place lately. I apologize. So many things are going on right now that my head is spinning. I figured I'd give all of you the 'short' updates before I start in with the pictures and 'good' stuff:

-'Grandpa' came through his surgery just fine! A CAT scan the following week showed everything that needed to be removed, was. He's recovering nicely, it seems. :)

-I've found a great Mom and Me workout program on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. It's on the base, so anyone who's interested in going, let me know!

-Charlie was not feeling too well last week. I think it was mainly teething, but could've been more? He didn't eat much for about five days and was just very, very sleepy and clingy.

-I got sick on Friday. Some kind of stomach bug walloped me upside the head in the early hours of the morning. It was not a fun day, to say the least.

-And the biggest news. The one we've all been waiting for......are you ready?.......are you sure you can handle it?.....No, I'm not pregnant!.....Wonder what it could be?....

OUR HOUSE IS UNDER CONTRACT!!!!!

Granted, we're practically giving it away and definitely not making any profit. But our family will be together, and I can get the hell out of Georgia! WHOOP! We're set to close April 20 and I'm hoping to be up in CT by May 1st. :) :) :) :) :) :)

So those are you 'shorts.' I'll hopefully resume posting more regular updates this week(with about one-week hiatus during moving time). Thank you for being patient. Yes, Mother. That means You. ;)
